           I came on board at Rutgers University with the aim of bringing the first-ever Diversity Strategic Plan to life through integrated storytelling.

            Four years later, I’ve achieved that through the creation of our “Work Towards Inclusion” brand identity and “Progress Playbook,” which I creatively directed and co-designed with an external agency.

            These initiatives have enabled us to spotlight local progress through podcasts, shine a light on synergistic work happening across the institution, and keep the momentum going forward.

            This dynamic brand strategy has moved us from ideals to actions, to be more than just words as we influence policy and people.
