Each semester we hold a networking reception to help nurture a vibrant, inclusive community. All faculty and staff of the Rutgers University community are welcome to attend.
The reception is known for its ‘Networking Bingo,’ which is an icebreaker game that encourages attendees to meet new people (pictured above).
Since we were tasked with rebranding the reception in the fall, the identity is rooted in a warm, seasonal palette with fluid, hand-drawn forms. These shapes were later vectorized to preserve their organic feel, then layered with custom textures to introduce depth and tactility. The final composition incorporates the crisp geometry of Montserrat with the flair of Hurricane script.
