At a glance, the Diversity Plan Progress Summit featured 12 distinguished speakes, 11 sessions, and 2 ways to attend – attracting over 500 attendees. It was a marathon day. It was also the highlight of my time working at Rutgers University.

But I’m only describing the university-wide summit. We held smaller summits for each campus, too, to highlight their progress as it related to the university’s strategic plan.

It’s been nothing short of magical seeing each campus community come together to collaborate, learn about each other’s work, and get re-inspired.
