Improving Campus Climate

The first-ever Campus Climate Survey asked students, faculty, and staff about their perspectives on diversity, equity, and inclusion at the institution.
I mobilized rapid-response communications for the administration of the survey, driving above-average engagement from 100k stakeholders during local and national unrest in Spring 2023.
When we released the results in Spring 2024, we launched dual data-driven campaigns, asking audiences to “Face the Facts” and reminding them “This is Who We R.”
We also created the Campus Climate Action Planning Guide to support leaders in understanding and using the data made available by the surveys.
